Advene uses a carrier that provides the most efficient service at a reasonable cost to ship your product. When your order starts shipping, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

You can order it anywhere in the world. Anywhere in the world where there are local laws we can import. Advene this ship. Please note that buyers must handle local customs and taxes.

Now this campaign is for Korean customers. Buyers will only pay for bikes and shipping, Anzene will handle customs and taxes.

Shipping costs are 65,990 won (subject to change depending on the destination-Seoul standard), because the shipping is from China and Hong Kong’s assembly plants worldwide. Right now, we don’t have a lot of quantity, so we need more support to cut costs, and we are supporting some of the shipping costs to make more people able to use Advene. Because it is possible.

If there are any problems or changes, we will contact you before shipping the product.

Bicycle shipment

80-95% of the bikes you will receive will be delivered assembled. The product is packaged in a securely packed box and shipped with minimal manual assembly. You can also easily assemble it by watching the instruction manual video guide. If you haven’t had a lot of experience riding a bike, we recommend that you visit a local bike shop to tighten all parts tightly and thoroughly check the condition for the best riding experience.

Do not assemble or use the bicycle if it is rarely damaged by shipping. Please take a photo of the box and contents and provide us with a list of descriptions of the damaged items. Most other companies will ask you to charge the carrier for damages, etc., but we will help you on your behalf, as long as you notify within 48 hours.

You need to bring your bike to a local bike shop to measure the damage. I will do my best to send replacement parts if necessary. At this time, we do not support bicycle repair costs. Because they differ from store to store and from city to city.

Returns & Exchanges

All purchases (except for sale items, special orders, and bicycles shipped in cargo) can be returned within 14 days for exchange or refund. The product must be left unused. Returns must include original packaging and receipts, as long as there are no defects. Please keep in mind that in order to recover our financial expenses, a 5.5% commission can be applied to all refunded credit card payments, regardless of deposit or purchase.

In-store sales items can only be returned for store credit or exchange. Online sales, special order sales, and sales of all bikes we carry through cargo are not exchangeable unless defective.
